We really can’t fault any aspect of the level service we received at Buxton Woodworks. From our initial visit to the showroom, the design, recommendations and advice, right through to the fitting the service was flawless! We would also like to thank Dean and his team at Millfern Joinery, for their professionalism and expertise in fitting our kitchen. They carried out a superb quality job; were friendly and polite and their attention to detail was second to none! We are absolutely delighted with the end result so a huge thanks once again to the entire team for providing a level of customer care and service that would be hard to beat!

We would like to thank you for the level of service provided by you and all your staff for our new kitchen. You all went out of your way to make sure that everything was perfect, nothing was ever too much trouble. Lauren’s patience in changing the design as many times as she did was much appreciated and meant that we have a kitchen which exceeded our expectations. Adrian’s support and attention to detail had a marvellous impact on keeping us calm throughout the fitting process. We appreciate your input with the costing of the project and whilst we went over our original budget we are more than satisfied that we got great value from you. We were pleasantly surprised that your support continued post purchase of the kitchen. We had mistakenly thought that once purchased we would be on our own. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Despite using our own fitter, which created problems at your end which wouldn’t necessarily have been there had we used your team, you held our hands from the beginning to the very end. You all went above and beyond to create our dream kitchen and boy did you succeed. It is beyond our wildest dreams and we can’t thank you enough

As an engineer by trade my attention to detail is of a very high standard so that is exactly what I was expecting from the design and fit of my new kitchen. I know I can be very pedantic and will go through everything repeatedly much to the annoyance of others. My wife and I visited the showrooms in Buxton, we were very impressed with one of the many displays which featured the New York Anthracite PTO and the Dekton worktops. We both knew straight away this was the look we were after. We sat down with the designers and worked through various layouts finally coming up with our kitchen. We were then recommended a fitter by Buxton Woodworks and our dream kitchen was to become a reality. The build process took a while as I wanted everything to be just right, and I have to say that Buxton Woodworks worked alongside me and pandered to my every request without a single moan. The end result is we have a kitchen we are truly proud of, I take my hat off to the whole team as I know I can be difficult at times. So I would not hesitate in recommending Buxton Woodworks to anybody wanting to improve their home. Wonderful job guys, thank you. John & Gail Sidebotham

WOW, that's how I still feel every time I walk into my gorgeous new kitchen. I can't believe it's mine and it was made so easy by everyone at Buxton Woodworks. Even though my kitchen is small I was made to feel so welcomed by Adrian & Lauren. Nothing was too much trouble and I could spend as much time as I liked in the show room making decisions on units, colour, tiles and flooring. I would also like to thank Josh and Joe for building my dream kitchen into a reality. A wonderful team all round and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A huge thank you to you all. “We moved into a house without a kitchen, other than a sink unit, which to say was unexpected is an understatement! The panic set in and our first port of call was Buxton Woodworks. The calm efficiency of Adrian who sorted the plans, showing several options to utilize the space we had, and giving invaluable and honest advice on every aspect, soon dissolved the panic and it all came together much quicker than expected. All those “little things” that seemed huge at the time, very quickly became nothing because of efficiency and communication from both Adrian and Steve B. Everyone we dealt with at Buxton Woodworks was professional, approachable, friendly and took pride in what they did, nothing was too much trouble. Back in April our relationship with Buxton Woodworks began and we can't speak highly enough of the service we've received over that time. We'd embarked on a rear extension and repurposing the whole ground floor. Buxton Woodworks have been there every step of the way - almost a 'one-stop-shop' for all our needs.... Buxton Woodworks have supplied and arranged fitting of kitchen, underfloor heating (throughout ground floor) and topped with Kardean, oak internal doors & handles (throughout the house) and Rock front door. The showrooms are amazing and allow one to visualise what you're getting - this particularly helped when getting new bar stools (which arrived too late for the photo shoot!) - we'd seen them at Buxton Woodworks (we couldn't find any with a satin finish anywhere else) and got a reduction when ordering direct from supplier as the showroom showcases their products! Having the Farrow & Ball paint there was invaluable too - especially as we decided to redecorate the whole house!! There are a few thanks to be shared around to Josh and Dean - the fitters - clean, tidy, meticulous to detail and very conscientious - all you want when dealing with the stress of living in a building site! And finally to Adrian - without him project managing, keeping everything going, relieving everyday stresses but most importantly being the person who was honest, keeping us in the loop - looking ahead to see where possible challenges could be then I think we'd be a shadow of the people we once were - he was very good at managing us too!! To say we had a great time when living under this kind of pressure seems a contradiction in terms but because everyone took pride in what they did and wanted the best for us 'the customer' it was truly a wonderful experience. We are delighted with our new kitchen supplied and fitted by Buxton Woodworks. After visiting our home and discussing our ideas Adrian designed our kitchen to utilize every inch of space showing us our 'vision' on their showroom design screen. Dean, who was fitting the kitchen came to our home and discussed every aspect of the fit ensuring we were happy prior to commencing the work . The caliber of his work and attention to detail was outstanding - it was a pleasure to have him working in our home. We are so pleased we chose Buxton Woodworks to supply and fit our new kitchen. We have just had our kitchen stripped back to bare plaster and everything new installed - what brilliant service from the team at Buxton Woodworking, Both Steve & Steve, yes there are two! Dear Steve. This is just a short note to say how much we appreciate the help you have given us with regards to our new kitchen. The new worktops you supplied are far superior to the original ones and we only wish we had chosen them first time round. Having no sense of design , I needed all the help I could get to make the best of the space available. Advice on appliances, positioning, workflow situation was readily forthcoming and the final design needed no alterations as all we had discussed had been incorporated. The installation was completed within the stated time frame in a friendly and efficient manner. In conclusion the service I received couldn’t be faulted from start to finish. We cannot think of anything that would improve the customer service, it was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Everyone made the whole process so easy and exciting. We both enjoyed the whole process and ended up with a fantastic kitchen which exceeded our expectations. Thank you all so much.

We are both very happy with the service we received both in store and from Josh our fitter. We wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere as we have had top quality equipment at competitive prices. The installation of our new kitchen is just about complete leaving us to repopulate and decorate over the next few days. We would like to express our thanks to Steve Coates for his design and help in finding the best solution also to Mark Edge for his patient craftsmanship while installing the equipment. The whole process was about as friendly and stress free as we could have hoped, the equipment delivered exactly as planned and assembled with care. Thank you all for a terrific job, we will not hesitate to recommend to others.

Adrian Leggett designed our kitchen, repositioning appliances to give more work surfaces throughout, therefore gifting the room with a clean and tidy appearance. If you are thinking of a new kitchen we would like to suggest that you visit Buxton Woodwork’s showroom and view their vast selection of units/appliances to suit all tastes and budgets. You will find a very friendly atmosphere and receive lots of advice without any pressure what so every to buy. Your kitchen will not be ordered until Adrian is sure that you are happy with the design, you may change your mind as many times as you like! We were very fortunate to have Mr Josh Smith fit our kitchen. Josh was and is an absolute professional, no job was any trouble and his workmanship is 2nd to none! I received excellent advice and customer service throughout the long and complex process of deciding on and ordering my new kitchen. It’s an expensive business and doesn’t allow for mistakes. Lauren , the designer, was infinitely patient and the recommended fitter , Dean, was brilliant. I’m delighted with the end result.
